About Us

Creating a New Path for Every Unique Learner

After seven years of working side by side in a thriving school environment, Natalie (Principal) and Laura (SENDCo) combined their shared passion, experience and expertise to create a new kind of Alternative Provision. Driven by a deep understanding of both leadership and inclusive education, they founded a setting designed to meet the needs of children who thrive outside of traditional classrooms. Their partnership is built on mutual respect, a strong vision for change, and a proven track record of supporting students with diverse needs. Together, they’ve created a place where every child can feel seen, supported and empowered to succeed.

Director of

Learning & Inclusion

Hi, I’m Laura

I’m a SENDCo and teacher with over 13 years of experience supporting children with a wide range of needs.

My background in psychology, combined with my deep love for teaching, shapes everything I do.

I believe that all children, regardless of their starting point, deserve an education that recognises their strengths and needs, supports their challenges and builds their confidence.

I work closely with students, families and staff to ensure the support in place is tailored, effective and child-centred.

Whether it's through personalised learning plans, emotional support, collaboration with external agencies or helping to review and shape EHCPs, my goal is always to help each child thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

Natalie Taylor

Director of

Operations & Development

Hi, I'm Natalie

With over 25 years of experience in teaching and school leadership across diverse educational settings, I have seen firsthand how some children face substantial barriers within the traditional education system. My commitment is to create an environment where every child is supported to learn at their own pace, in a setting that is both inclusive and nurturing.

As a parent of a child with special educational needs (SEN), I don’t just understand the system professionally, I’ve lived it too. That experience has shaped how I work, bringing a real sense of empathy, patience and understanding to everything I do. I know how emotional and overwhelming it can feel trying to get the right support in place and I’m here to offer not just guidance, but reassurance for families as they navigate that journey.
